Has anybody experienced loss of 4WD due to installing headers.
Check your hard (metal) vacuum lines on the frame rail on the passenger side for rub-through.
The headers that were installed (Mopar AND installed by dealer), caused the vacuum lines to wear through.
I thought the cause was of losing 4WD was either a bad switch on the t-case or a bad vacuum motor on the axle.
But after swapping both out, still didn't work. So I check the vacuum lines out, and was blowing dust near the frame rail.
Not a good sign.

Bob
